The crust is milled from the world-renown Durum Semolina wheat of Altamura, the dough is nutritious, vitamin enriched, flavorful, and all natural. It is then hand-tossed by Italian Master Pizzaioli, par-baked in a stone oven and shipped to our store in Hinsdale. Baked at home in less than 8 minutes, this specialty pizza is what Italian families eat throughout the Puglia region of Italy.
